Kari was great to deal with. We were looking for new cushions for the salon of our new to us 1980's boat with very tired and dated orange dralon covers. We discussed options with Kari, I measured and remeasured took the tired old cushions to her and selected foam and fabric. She was very quick to call us, literally 45 minutes later when our first choice would not be available and we went with an second option. We had a second video call to go through the measurements as well. Cushions were ready on time as promised, very quick turn around of 2.5 weeks. Collected them and then found that a error had occurred and two cushions were significantly too small. Mistakes happen, it's how the supplier responds that counts and Kari was great. Owned the mistake and went out of her way to get it fixed in 24 hours. We couldn't be happier with her response and the final result is great.
